A Digital Signage Case Study

digital sign advertising a saleProfessional Image Uniforms proudly supplies Richland county with uniforms for medical, fire and law enforcement professionals. This locally owned shop sees many clients on a daily basis and was the perfect location for a Retriever Digital Signage unit.

Owner, Andy Scharosch, first saw the Retriever Digital Signage in action at the Westbrook Country Club and knew it was the solution to communicating the sales, specials and new products offered at his business. He was drawn in by the flexibility to change up the message on a daily basis – he uses this as his way to keep employees “on their toes”.

Mr. Scharosch is the owner/operator of his company, so he takes care of setting up messages and organizing the playlists. He loves the ability to change his messages on command – the “Point. Click. Done.” method makes the experience fun and simple for him. Simple enough that he hasn't felt the need to call on the DRM support team, as he can navigate use of the Retriever without possessing a special IT team or skill set.

When asked what he would say to those thinking about adding Retriever Digital Signage to their business, Andy Scharosch says simply “Use it. It works.” Simple and to the point; just the way to communicate with impact.
