Device Resolution

If you need to change the display resolution of the Retriever, you can set the resolution through the web app.

1. Navigate to app.retrieverdigitalsignage.com and log in.
   
2. Click on “Devices” at the top bar of the screen.
   
3. Click on the Retriever that you need to modify.
   
4. Near the bottom of the page you will see “Device Resolution.”
   
5. Click the toggle for “Use Custom Resolution.”
   
6. Then use the Dropdown for the Custom Resolution in order to select what resolution would be closest to the display that the Retriever is connected to.
   
7. Be sure to hit “Save Changes” to finalize the settings.
