Premium slide templates
When you use Retriever, you get full access to our library of premium slide templates. There are no extra charges or hidden fees, just hundreds of customizable templates. Everything is included, so you can focus on getting your message across.
You don’t have to be a designer — we did it for you! Our experienced designers have created hundreds of stunning templates and are constantly adding new ones. This keeps your signage fresh and appealing. Most templates can be easily personalized with a few simple settings to fit your specific needs.

Global slides
It’s easy to manage the content of your Retriever. You can show a slide in as many playlists and on as many screens as you like using our global slides feature. A global slide can be edited once and update everywhere automatically. This can be a great time saver if you have screens in multiple locations.

Scheduling
When editing a slide, you can save a draft version for approval or to continue editing later. And speaking of “later,” we give you the option to schedule your slides for later. You can publish and unpublish content once or on a repeating schedule. This means you can set up content and forget about it as you let the Retriever handle everything for you.

Flexible display
All of the content for Retriever has been designed to be fully responsive. That means it can be played on TVs that are horizontal (landscape) or vertical (portrait). This gives you the flexibility to play your content anywhere you want without worrying about the layout — even playing the same slides from the same playlist on both horizontal and vertical displays!
Users/User Roles
Create and manage unlimited “organizations” with unlimited users per organization. Invite as many users to edit your content as you like. Each user can be assigned a user role, so content can be approved before it goes live. We also have a notification center to make the approval process simple.
Playlists
The Retriever has no slide or playlist limits! You can add as many playlists as you need, and you can add as many slides per playlist as you want. You can filter slides, duplicate slides, and reorder them using simple drag-and-drop.
Media
You can upload unlimited photos, videos, and more to use across your playlists on your Retriever subscription. We can even pull images directly from sources like Facebook, Instagram, Google Drive, Box, and more. Plus, you can rotate, crop, and edit your photos right in the media library.
Embeds/Live Feeds
The Retriever makes it easy to keep your viewers engaged with content that updates automatically. Pull in RSS feeds and live weather forecasts. Display weather map data from Windy.com. Show trivia questions and “on this day in history” facts. There are even templates for embedding web pages, widgets, and YouTube videos. The possibilities are endless.
