“Playlists” will be the first page to appear when you login. You can also access this screen by selecting “Playlists” from the top menu. This page displays all the playlists you have created. Each entry will show the playlist name, how many slides are currently published in that list, and how many slides are waiting to be published. You can also choose to duplicate or delete a playlist in the right-hand drop down menu. Note that only publishers and administrators can delete a playlist.
Click on any playlist to open it and view the slides within. Here, you’ll be able to see which slides are published, unpublished, and global. You can also change the order of your slides by clicking and dragging on the upper right arrow icon of each slide.
Creating a new playlist
Click on “New Playlist” on your Playlist page. First you’ll be prompted to enter a name.
Then, you can select to build your own list from scratch by selecting the “Blank Playlist”, or select “Starter Playlist” to choose an industry-specific template to work from. After choosing one of the options, click on “Create Playlist.”
The new entry will appear on your “Playlists” page. If you selected “Blank Playlist” the page will indicate that there are no slides currently in the list. If you selected a starter playlist, you will see all the slides for that template on the page.
Playlist Options
Several adjustable options will appear when you open a playlist.
Click the “add a slide” button to create a new slide for your playlist. If you currently have no slides in the list, you can also click the “add a slide now” button.
The default orientation of a playlist is horizontal (or landscape) but this can be changed with the “Orientation” button. You can change it to a vertical (or portrait) orientation depending upon how your screen is situated.
To rename your playlist, select the “Rename playlist” button, enter the new name, and save it.
“Select Mode” allows you to perform actions to multiple slides at once. You can click on each slide you wish to alter, then select whether to delete, duplicate, or change the settings to that group of slides. “Exit Select Mode” will return you to the playlist’s page.
“Assign to Device” allows you to select one or more devices in which your playlist will appear.
Selecting “All” will give you a dropdown menu with options for viewing select slides by type within the playlist.
