User Playlist Access

Do you have users you want only to access specific playlists? Here are the steps to do so.

1. Navigate to app.retrieverdigitalsignage.com and log in.
2. In the top right, click the three dots for settings and Manage Your Organization
3. Once in the settings for your Organization, you will see all the users that are a part of your organization, including yourself.
4. Next to the users with an author or publisher role, you should see “Edit Playlist Permissions.” Click on that for the user you wish to modify.
   • If the user should have access to everything, select “Allow Access to all Playlists.”
   • If the user should only have access to specific playlists, turn off the “Allow Access to all Playlists” toggle and select all playlists that user should have access to.
5. Once you have made your selection, click “Save” in the dialog window.
6. That user can now only access the playlists that have been selected.
